A. The minutes of the April meeting were approved.

Mr. Milligan was not able to be present.

There was not a soccer report

There was not a volleyball report.

A. Mr. Kelly reported that the track meet went very well. He will have the final Talley’s as soon as possible.

There was no new business to discuss

9. Executive Committee

There was not a need for an executive meeting this month.

10. New Officers

Next years new officers will be, President Chuck Kilgo, Vice President Ken Roberts, Sec. Brad Segard, and Treasurer Mike Milligan.

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 7:00 pm on Wed Aug 13, 2003 at St. Charles School. 5000 N Grove.
