It is with great sadness we learned that Soccer Commissioner Hank Tiarks lost his battle with cancer. Hank served the C.G.S.A.A as Soccer Commissioner for 24 years. He was a great friend and a dedicated volunteer. Hank always had a positive attitude, regardless of the situation he faced. His service to the C.G.S.A.A. sets a high standard for the rest of us to achieve.
Hank Tiarks passed away August 29, 2010 of cancer at the age of 69... He is survived by wife Sheila, daughter Maria of Washington, DC, son Brian and daughter-in-law Leslie, granddaughters Madeline and Lauren of Katy, TX.
